The Ford Ranger Pickup Has Returned!

The popular Ford Ranger disappeared from American showrooms for eight years, but it never fell out of favor with Ford pickup fans. Now offered as an updated, midsize truck, the all-new Ford Ranger showcases all that's great about Ford design and engineering. Offered in XL, XLT, and Lariat trim levels for the 2019 model year, the Ranger is an impressive new option for Michigan drivers.

Available in SuperCrew or SuperCab bodies, the Ranger is equipped with a standard 2.3-liter EcoBoost® engine that emits 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque while still earning an EPA-estimated 26 mpg on the highway. Those are best-in-class numbers for both torque and fuel efficiency, which means the Ranger is already establishing new standards for competing trucks to follow. When properly equipped, the 2019 Ford Ranger has a maximum payload capacity of 1,860 pounds and a max tow rating of 7,500 pounds.

The new Ranger features several tech touches that weren't around the last time Ford sold the truck in America. These include a SYNC® infotainment system that connects you to your contacts, music and more, and an available FordPass™ Connect Wi-Fi with 4G LTE that hosts as many as 10 devices at once. Now you can take your office on the road, if you wish, or enjoy a momentary escape through your favorite playlist!
