Took my 2018 F-150 in for a winding/coasting noise from the front. They replaced the front differential (which cost over $3,000), but the noise remained. I was then quoted over $2,000 to replace both front wheel hubs.
After I left a review of service, someone from the service department finally reached out offering to look at it again. However, no one had followed up with me in the weeks prior despite the issue not being resolved.
I ended up replacing both front wheel bearing and hub assemblies myself over Father’s Day weekend, and the noise is now completely gone.

He addressed all my questions and was flexible when it came to scheduling an appointment or meeting. On top of that he helped with documentation and was very easy-going if I had difficulty to obtain a document that he needed.

DeNooyer and Austin Voss were so incredibly helpful with my out of state purchase! I had been looking for a particular Mustang and they had what I wanted so we drove from Tennessee to Michigan after an easy and fair negotiation process. They sponsored a car/truck dust off today that had maybe 180 cars. It was well organized and the parking crew did a super job getting all the cars into the available space. Chilly day but fun.

Had an issue with an oil filter cap, they gave me multiple ways to get the situation rectified, I will definitely be back again!

Austin did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. I was early for my appointment but the vehicle was ready shortly afterwards. Paperwork was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
I just used DeNooyer Ford’s mobile service for an oil change on my 2022 Explorer. The mobile service came to my office and did a complete oil change and also changed my windshield wiper blades while I was able to work. The service is fast and the technician was very thorough. After maybe a week, we called regarding noise in sunroof…you couldn’t get us in right away…we bought extended warranty ($4,000). Then were charged $100 deductible.we think this should’ve been waived…we will go back to other dealer in the future! Yes, we complained to deaf ears. Tom and Diane Slider

We just bought a used Ford Explorer and I wanted it serviced. I have always had great service at DeNooyer Chevy, so I was hoping that DeNooyer Ford would be just as good. Overall they did not let me down. Unfortunately Ford made a design change that caused a problem, but DeNooyer Ford was able to fix it. Now our Explorer runs absolutely great.

Denooyer Ford was the only Ford dealership within 30 miles that was able to cut a key for me (had the equipment available) and have the key blank in stock, available at the time of purchasing. The parts service was exceptional and they had me in and out of the building in less than 10 minutes with a key to unlock my driver's side door.

I bought a certified preowned vehicle from them. The transmission went out within 18 hours. The front left tire feels like it’s gonna fall off. All they’re offering to do is fix it. Nothing for my time nothing for my money out.Lay.

I received great customer service. The gentleman that I checked in with even asked other staff members for an answer to a weird question that I had about activating the WiFi in my truck. I drive approximately 40 miles round trip to have my vehicle serviced at Denooyer because they provide straight honest answers. They never treat me as if I'm an inconvenience in their day, which is what I used to get from the dealership that's about 10 miles from my house.

I suspected cam phaser problems with the startup of my 2019 f-150 with the 3.5l engine. Diagnostics confirmed my suspicions. I had the cam phaser, the timing chains and other related items replacedalong with the water pump (might as well replace as long as it’s tore down). My sales person was Austin Voss and he was awesome. Mavericks are hard to come by and he was constantly checking on availability at other dealerships. He regularly called me to keep me informed. When it was known that a 2025 was being delivered he let me know so that I could reserve it for myself. The car was delivered early and the purchase went very smoothly. I love my new truck.
