I received great customer service. The gentleman that I checked in with even asked other staff members for an answer to a weird question that I had about activating the WiFi in my truck. I drive approximately 40 miles round trip to have my vehicle serviced at Denooyer because they provide straight honest answers. They never treat me as if I'm an inconvenience in their day, which is what I used to get from the dealership that's about 10 miles from my house.

I suspected cam phaser problems with the startup of my 2019 f-150 with the 3.5l engine. Diagnostics confirmed my suspicions. Just had my first experience with Denooyer Ford’s service department. I was thrilled to see they carry over the same level of service from their Chevy store to Ford. Jared was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll be back!

Denooyer Ford was the only Ford dealership within 30 miles that was able to cut a key for me (had the equipment available) and have the key blank in stock, available at the time of purchasing. The parts service was exceptional and they had me in and out of the building in less than 10 minutes with a key to unlock my driver's side door.

I bought a certified preowned vehicle from them. The transmission went out within 18 hours. The front left tire feels like it’s gonna fall off. All they’re offering to do is fix it. Nothing for my time nothing for my money out.Lay.

I received great customer service. The gentleman that I checked in with even asked other staff members for an answer to a weird question that I had about activating the WiFi in my truck. I drive approximately 40 miles round trip to have my vehicle serviced at Denooyer because they provide straight honest answers. They never treat me as if I'm an inconvenience in their day, which is what I used to get from the dealership that's about 10 miles from my house.
Best place to go for a company vehicle. Austin is highly recommended. Going above and beyond to make your vehicle looking perfect before driving it off the lot!

I suspected cam phaser problems with the startup of my 2019 f-150 with the 3.5l engine. Diagnostics confirmed my suspicions. I had the cam phaser, the timing chains and other related items replacedalong with the water pump (might as well replace as long as it’s tore down). My sales person was Austin Voss and he was awesome. Mavericks are hard to come by and he was constantly checking on availability at other dealerships. He regularly called me to keep me informed. When it was known that a 2025 was being delivered he let me know so that I could reserve it for myself. The car was delivered early and the purchase went very smoothly. I love my new truck.
